Here is a brief biography to learn more about Gumbs:
Greg Gumbs was appointed President and CEO of Bosch Rexroth North America in September 2020. He is an accomplished sales, marketing and business leader with 29 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to joining Bosch Rexroth, Gumbs worked at Eaton beginning in 2007 as Vice President of Sales for the Hydraulics Business with responsibility for maintaining and growing a global product portfolio. In 2012, he became General Manager for the Global Hydraulic Hose and Fittings Division. In 2015, he moved to the Electrical Sector as the Vice President and General Manager for Eaton’s Energy Automation Solutions Division where he led a digital and software enabled technology business.
Prior to joining Eaton, Gumbs worked for Rockwell Automation – Allen Bradley where he was the director for Global Market Development for the Automation Control and Information Group. Throughout his tenure, Greg has served in several functional and business disciplines including application and systems engineering, sales and service, commercial marketing, business development and general management.
Gumbs holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management.
