Domin, Bristol, UK, announced that Norman Fraser, co-founder of the disruptive enterprise hardware business, SoftIron, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board.

Over the last thirty years as a serial entrepreneur, Fraser has co-founded and led several successful international technology businesses. His first start up, Vocalis (a pioneer of voice processing solutions), had a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange in its third year. Another of his co-founded ventures, the IT services business, Endava, had a successful unicorn IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, and is recognised as a global leader in digital transformation.
Fraser holds MA, MSc and PhD degrees, and is Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Aalborg University Business School, Denmark.
