Schroeder Industries is celebrating 75 years of business in 2021.
Founded in April 1946, the world of hydraulics looked a lot different for the founders of Schroeder Industries. What started as an agent and distributor of electrical apparatuses to the coal mining industry, the Schroeder Brothers Corporation quickly evolved into a leading firm in the development and production of mining and fluid conditioning and diagnostic equipment.
The Schroeder Brothers Corp. grew to Schroeder Industries and with its years of expertise, quickly garnered the attention as a recognized brand for high-quality mining equipment and filtration and industry knowledge, winning contracts with some of the largest OEM and MRO operations in the country.
Schroeder Industries LLC is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa. (Leetsdale). This facility, with an additional plant in Cumberland, Md., provides filtration products and systems manufactured to ISO9000 quality standards.
The grandson, Gus Schroeder, Jr., continues to provide the vision of his grandfather, great uncles, and father.
As the world begins its recovery, Schroeder is planning year-long celebrations. This includes updated branding, company-wide events, and more.
