Terzo Power Systems has introduced its most powerful product to date, the Hydrapulse F3.

Terzo-Hydrapulse-FrameSize3-SoloDesigned to handle the largest electrification applications in the commercial trucking, mining, and off-highway markets, the Hydrapulse Frame Size 3 (F3) offers next level power density with all the proven features and options of the Hydrapulse line.

Terzo’s solutions make it possible to electrify fluid power systems without sacrificing power or energy efficiency. The company’s Hydrapulse units are fueling rapid growth in the electrification of the on-highway, off-highway and industrial industries. When it comes to low or high-voltage hydraulic pumps, Terzo is re-writing the benchmarks for cost, performance, size and functionality.

With power levels up to 100 kw and up to 800 V of direct current, the power dense F3 is the largest Hydrapulse model to date. For even more power, you can run multiple F3 units in tandem to handle the largest electrification applications.

“The F3, like every Hydrapulse, has some unique features worth highlighting,” said Mike Terzo, CEO, Terzo Power Systems. “The inverter and liquid cooling are integrated, which makes plug and play much simpler for OEMs. These factors, combined with the power-on-demand capabilities of the F3, solve many of the problems encountered in off-highway electrification.”

The underground mining equipment industry has been an early adopter of Terzo’s electrohydraulic systems. Electrohydraulic on-highway PTO applications for bulk loading and unloading on EV platforms such as refuse trucks, dump trucks, roll-off trucks are another area of rapid growth for Terzo.

The F3 offers versatile drive and mounting options with power to spare and will be available with:

  • Direct drive
  • Planetary drive
  • SAE “B” or “C” mount
  • Fixed-displacement pump
  • Hydrostatic drive

With the addition of the Frame Size 3, the Hydrapulse now comes in three standard sizes. The F3 is a next-gen solution offering power on demand, integration and intelligence in a compact, efficient package with all the proven features and options of the Hydrapulse line including:

  • Rugged IP6K9K rating
  • Wide voltage input range
  • Liquid cooled
  • Custom mounting options
  • Quiet pump options
  • Production readiness
  • Combined functionality
