CFC Industrial Training announces that Janet Turner and Ruth Hoffman, and company President Jon Rhodes acquired the organization from Founder and Owner Bob Sheaf in June.

“For 33 years, my father, Bob Sheaf, has poured his heart and soul into CFC,” said Janet Turner. “From humble beginnings, CFC has grown to become a highly respected company and a treasured fluid power resource, and we are proud to announce the next generation of leadership. Please join us in congratulating Bob on a well-deserved retirement, as we embark on an exciting new chapter.”

Janet Turner has become CEO and Ruth Hoffman will serve as CFO. Janet brings years of experience in the fluid power industry, having served as Executive Director of the Equipment Service Association (ESA) for several years prior to working at Turner Hydraulics, Inc. alongside her husband Dan Turner. Ruth Hoffman brings long-tenured expertise in accounting and a valuable inter-company insight, having served as an integral federal billing manager.

JR Rhodes, CFPECS, CFPAI will continue in his capacity as President of CFC Industrial Training and head Subject Matter Expert – directing the company and its unique products and offerings to countless industries.

CFC will continue in its mission to empower human enterprise with industrial skills and solutions to manufacturing and engineering obstacles. From fundamental training, to expert consulting and digitization, CFC is committed to the progress of any organization that utilizes hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, or multi-craft systems. For over three decades, CFC has helped clients the world-over to hurdle inexperience and design challenges with personal support and an old-fashioned drive to roll-up its sleeves and tackle problems.

“We’re passionate about fluid power and advanced automation, said Rhodes. “Whether it’s a mobile or industrial application, we want to be there to support your team and propel you forward.”
