anyseals Inc., a wholesale industrial sealing supplier, is pleased to announce the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of Scott Rassett as CEO. In this role, Rassett will lead anyseals operations in the U.S. with a focus on enhancing and further developing the company’s sales organization, customer base, and management team.

He joins anyseals from Hercules OEM, where he was vice president of sales and customer service, leading the company’s OEM salesforce, which included inside sales. During his seven-year tenure, he helped the company achieve significant sales growth and strengthen its position in the industrial supplier marketplace. Previously, Rassett was VP of sales for Parco Inc., and he spent more than 11 years at Dichtomatik supporting the sales function before leaving the company as sales director for the Shakopee office.

“Scott’s experience and long-standing relationships with owners, senior principals, and key vendors within the industry is an invaluable addition to our leadership team,” said Gerry Robberecht, CEO anyseals Group. “We are equally excited about his track record for developing and executing growth strategy.”

Concurrently, Toby Rose has been appointed COO of anyseals in the U.S. after several years of working to help bring the organization to its current level of growth and laying the foundation for the next chapter. He will lead the company’s operations and supply chain functions while contributing to the development of the shared services team for product and supply chain. This team is being built for the overall reseller channel in Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

Robberecht said: “We are convinced that together Scott and Toby will help us achieve our ambitious goals for anyseals in the U.S.”
