Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has hired Kristee Mahler as Human Resources Director for the Americas.
In this role, Mahler will lead Trelleborg’s team of human resources professionals in supporting all employees and management teams in the Americas. This includes driving growth and talent development, enriching the employee experience, and ensuring Trelleborg complies with local laws and policies.
“Two years ago, we announced an ambitious effort to create a central human resources organization. We are excited to welcome Kristee because she is a focused and results-driven leader with the right experience to build on the foundation we’ve created,” said Linda Muroski, President of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Marketing Americas and Global Healthcare & Medical.
Mahler has an extensive background in human resource management having worked for United Technologies Corporation, MTD Products, and Acument Global Technologies, and provided consulting services to other companies as well. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University and has attended executive leadership programs at the University of Virginia and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
