Illinois-based HydraForce has finalized the acquisition of Hydraulic Designers Ltda. The leading independent manufacturer of hydraulic cartridge valves, manifolds and electro-hydraulic controls completed the acquisition and assumed ownership on June 2, 2017 and named the entity HydraForce Hydraulics Ltda. This key acquisition gives HydraForce a greater presence in the fast growing South American off-highway equipment market.

The Hydraulic Designers Ltda. plant in Taboão da Serra, State of São Paulo employs more than 100 people who design and build custom hydraulic manifolds, primarily for original equipment manufacturers in the agricultural and construction industries. HydraForce Hydraulics Ltda. will work to integrate business systems throughout the next several months.
