Elgi North America will introduce the AR Premium Series Energy Saving Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryers at the annual Association of Independent Compressor Distributors (AICD) conference in Grapevine, Texas, taking place from May 21–23. In addition, Elgi will showcase its expanded range of AB Series oil-free screw air compressors in 15-30 hp, offering a more affordable and easily accessible solution for oil-free air.

Elgi’s AR P Series Energy Saving Refrigerated Air Dryers, ranging from 100 cfm to 5,000 cfm, improve the efficiency and reliability of compressed air systems. During the compression process, cooling compressed air causes water vapor to precipitate as condensation. The AR P Series air dryer is equipped with an automatic condensation drain, eliminating moisture and condensation and preventing damage to downstream equipment, with no air loss and minimal maintenance. In addition, the AR P Series Energy Saving Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer also has a refrigeration system specifically designed to attune itself to varied compressed air demands, significantly saving dryer power consumption. This range also adapts to ambient temperature variations during the day and night while factoring in seasonal temperature variations.
Previously available in the 40 to 150 hp range, the new expanded AB series range includes smaller 15 to 30 hp compressors, providing industries with more affordable, reliable, high-performance, and accessible oil-free compressed air solutions. These energy-efficient compressors use a pre-lubricated cylinder for permanent lubrication, eliminating the risk of oil contamination and meeting ISO8573-1 Class 0 oil standards. The AB Series also ensures consistent, oil-free air delivery using food-grade materials on air-contact metal surfaces and special e-coatings on pipes, adhering to the ISO 8573-7 standards. With an air-cooled design and unique rotor design, these compressors effectively manage temperature, extending motor lifespan and optimizing system efficiency.
