Managing hydraulic fluid contamination has become a very standard practice to help achieve system reliability goals. The use of precision valve components and their control via electronics demand that fluid be held to a cleanliness standard. In this webinar participants will learn the ISO cleanliness code as it applies to hydraulic components and the system fluid, as well as maintenance work practices and filter management techniques.

Carl Dyke, Consultant/Trainer, CD Industrial Group Inc.
Carl has been providing hydraulics training and maintenance services for seventeen years. Having started his industrial career in sawmills where sawdust contaminates so many hydraulic systems, Carl has helped mining, oilfield, metal smelters as well as pulp and paper industries where he has found many common issues with hydraulic contaminants as well as some industry unique ones. Carl has witnessed first hand, the damage to machines and productivity caused by particles. He can often be found at his shop, staring down the enemy through his microscope.

markheadshot150Mark Pszczolkowski, Consultant/Trainer, CD Industrial Group Inc.

As senior hydraulics consultant, Mark brings over 35 years of hydraulics experience spanning from Snap-On Tools in the USA to the process plants of Sarnia, Ontario to the plywood, pulp and sawmills of Western Canada. Mark has expertise in cylinder condition monitoring and repair, and has achieved remarkable reliability improvements for hydraulic systems in production plants with his contamination control and filtration programs.
