Power management company Eaton today announced a new Certified Screw-in Cartridge Valve (SiCV) Integrator Program, which connects original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to local engineering, manufacturing and assembly support centers. By working with regional manifold integrators, the program will provide customers with the support they need from designing schematics to delivering custom manifold assemblies using Eaton’s comprehensive range of screw-in cartridge valves for construction and agricultural equipment. 
“SiCV manifolds are typically unique to each customer, and even to each machine they run. This high level of customization can create challenges when developing a manifold assembly,” said Todd McIntyre, product manager, Global Planning and Strategy, Eaton’s Hydraulics Group. “At Eaton, we understand that responsive service and on-time delivery is key to keeping our customers’ operations running smoothly. The integrator program helps ensure that OEMs get the localized service, technical support and product delivery they need – fast.”
As part of the program, Eaton works with each integrator to confirm that they have the engineering and manufacturing capabilities to design, build and test manifold assemblies. Eaton also commits additional exclusive resources to the integrators to support exceptional service. From design to delivery, Eaton-certified integrators provide expertise and flexibility to meet the complete spectrum of customer needs.
