Yates Industries, the leading industrial cylinder manufacturer in the Midwest United States,
announced they have expanded to include Atlanta, Georgia.
“This is a very exciting time for us here,” said Steve Cavera, Yates Industries National
Sales Manager. “With this strategic acquisition we will be able to effectively increase our
manufacturing and repair servicing capabilities.”
Yates Industries main plant is headquartered in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan with a second
facility, Yates Cylinders, Alabama Division, located in Decatur. With these two locations,
Yates is able to do high-speed turnarounds on cylinder repairs and customized cylinder
manufacturing faster than most of its competitors.
Expanding to Atlanta will broaden Yates’ welded cylinder line capabilities.
“We are definitely poised for future expansion, but what is most important to us is the
addition of a comprehensive welded cylinder line providing our customers with more
options and better service,” Cavera added.
