Compressed air and vacuum technology is continuously being digitalized, but is digitalization really a panacea when it comes to sustainability and energy efficiency? The international CEO Panel on Compressed Air and Vacuum Technology at Hannover Fair will provide the answer to this question.
On April 20, CEOs from global leaders in the industry will discuss the difference between theory and practice. The speakers include Thomas Kaeser of Kaeser Kompressoren, A. Can Dirin of Lupamat Makina, Olaf Hoppe of Boge Kompressoren, Helen Landhäusser of LOOXR and Klaus Peter Glöckner of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik. On behalf of the co-organizer VDMA Compressors, Compressed Air and Vacuum Technology, Christoph Singrün will give an overview of the latest developments in the industry.
The range of topics includes the digitalization of compressed air supply, predictive maintenance, investments for climate protection and sustainability, the hydrogen revolution, and new partnerships in supply chains.
The panel is aimed at CEOs of international industrial companies as well as specialists in compressed air and vacuum technology, plant managers, factory planners, utility engineers, and business developers, investors, consultants, and political delegations from across the globe.
The panel will take place as part of Energy Management Day from 11 a.m. to noon on the Transformation Stage in Hall 3. Ragna Sonderleittner from the trade magazine Fluid will moderate the event.
