Reynolds joined the Kraft sales team in September after a successful 7-year career with now Dana Inc., focusing on OEM drive solutions and distribution sales of Fairfield Torque Hub and Graziano branded driveline products. Prior to this, he spent 18 years with Kawasaki Precision Machinery USA as a senior level sales and marketing executive for the Americas growing the hydraulics business to over $75 million annually. Reynolds is well versed and experienced in off-road equipment manufacturing, design, and promotion with special expertise in hydraulics, planetary gear assemblies, custom gears, and other driveline assemblies.

“We are excited to have Bert join the Kraft team,” said Scott Durand, vice president of sales and marketing for Kraft Fluid Systems. “Bert has the exact experience, skill, and energy to hit the ground running with Kraft. He’s been a great resource for us over the years in his previous positions. We all look forward to working with Bert to help him grow our power transmission and hydraulic business in Michigan.”

Reynolds is a graduate of Michigan State University earning a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for his MBA in finance and marketing. He and his wife and daughter live in the Grand Rapids area where they enjoy outdoor activities including mountain biking, boating, and snow skiing in their spare time.

“I have known the good folks at Kraft for nearly a decade,” said Reynolds. “They have a strong reputation in the industry as the mobile hydraulic experts. The team here has welcomed me with open arms and have been extremely helpful as I navigate new and existing business opportunities in the Michigan market.”

Reynolds is a Certified Fluid Power Hydraulics Specialist (CFPHS) and will focus on selling Danfoss Power Solutions, Dana Spicer Torque Hub, HBC Radiomatic, and Concentric product lines and drive solutions.
