Reynolds accelerates with Hy-Pro Filtration distribution deal

Fluid cleanliness specialist Reynolds Contamination Control (RCC) has confirmed its appointment as an official distributor for hydraulic and lubrication fluid contamination solutions provider Hy-Pro Filtration.

The two companies have been working closely together for over 18 months and share the same goal in terms of striving for fluid cleanliness. Reynolds has tested and showcased Hy-Pro Filtration products in many of its systems and the two organisations regularly share expertise.

RCC, which counts Formula 1 racing teams among its clients, has been particularly impressed with the performance of Hy-Pro Filtration’s Beta 4000-rated filter elements — specifying them wherever possible.

In turn, U.S.-based Hy-Pro Filtration has watched with interest as RCC, led by Technical Director (Sensors) Wayne Hubball, has continued to deliver innovative on-site solutions for its customers. These include RCC’s pioneering Cloud-based monitoring system — The Link.

“Wayne has done a remarkable job and we see this as a really good fit — a great combination of our off-site performance and RCC’s on-site quality. We know that Wayne has been impressed with our products and I’m delighted that we’ve been able to deliver exactly what he wanted in terms of quality and performance,” said Hy-Pro Filtration’s U.K. Business Development Manager Andy Pratt.

As one of its official distributors, RCC will stock the full range of Hy-Pro Filtration products. As well as DFE-rated filter elements and filter assemblies, this includes mobile filter carts, vacuum dehydration units, varnish removal units, diesel coalesce units, lubrication coalesce skids, breathers and fluid analysis equipment.

“This is an important step forward for us — and further enhances a robust, high quality product offering that goes all the way through from filtration to sensor. It underscores the commitment to the Formula 1 levels of cleanliness that we work to. Being recognized as  one of Hy-Pro Filtration’s official U.K. distributors — and part of a global distribution network — gives even greater reassurance to our customers  and strengthens the links between two companies dedicated to offering a range of solutions to hydraulic and lubrication fluid contamination challenges,” said Hubball.
