gardner denverGardner Denver THOMAS is pleased to announce the release of its 2775 series variants: 2775CE50 (115/60/1) and 2775CGHI50 (230/60/1 & 220-240/50/1). These oil-less twin WOB-L piston units are RoHS compliant and can be used for either pressure or vacuum operation. They are versatile enough for market applications ranging from Cable Drying to Pharmaceutical Processing Equipment.

The 2775CE50 (115/60/1) is UL approved and provides an open flow of 5.5 cfm (155.7 lpm) and can operate up to 100 psi (6.9 bar) continuously as well as a continuous maximum vacuum up to 90% of local barometer. It weighs 24.1 lbs. (10.9 kgs) and measures (L x W x H) 11.73-in. (297.9 mm) x 6.10-in. (154.9 mm) x 9.32-in. (236.7 mm).

The 2775CGHI50 (230/60/1 & 220-240/50/1) is TUV approved provides an open flow of 5.5 & 4.6 cfm (155.7 & 130.2 lpm) respectively and can operate up to 100 psi (6.9 bar) continuously as well as a continuous maximum vacuum up to 90% of local barometer. It weighs 23.8 lbs. (10.8 kgs) and measures (L x W x H) 11.73-in. (297.9 mm) x 6.10-in. (154.9 mm) x 9.32-in. (236.7 mm).

Units include a cathodic epoxy coated monolithic head, cathodic epoxy coated wetted parts, quality die-cast aluminum components, as well as more robust design features that utilize best practices from other product series. A capacitor, capacitor insulator boot, and intake filter are assembled to the unit as standard.
