The Filtration Division of power management company Eaton enhances their CCS 5 contamination control system with a new, optional thermal printer. The portable and rechargeable battery-powered thermal printer connects to the CCS 5 system via a USB port and allows operators to improve accessibility and archiving of measurement results with printed hard copies.

The Eaton CCS 5 contamination control system is now optionally equipped with a new portable thermal printer. Operators can now conveniently print hard copies of measurement results via the USB port, enhancing their accessibility and archiving.

Suitable for both pressurized online operation and unpressurized sampling of fluids, the CCS 5 contamination control system quickly and accurately determines the solid contamination particle size distribution, water saturation, and temperature of hydraulic fluids in real-time. These results can now be printed with the new thermal printer anytime and anywhere.

The printer is portable and small in size, only 114 x 80 x 50 mm, and uses the standard 57 mm thermal paper roll. It features an integrated Li-Po rechargeable battery with a high capacity of 2,000 mAh. This optional printing set includes a printer, four rolls of thermal paper, and a USB adaptor.
