Titan Machinery Sales, a division of All World Machinery Supply, is set to relocate from Lake Zurich, Illinois, to All World’s headquarters in Roscoe, effective in February 2025. This strategic relocation will offer Titan more space, equipment, and technology.

All World Machinery Supply, 6164 All World Way, Roscoe, is undergoing a 40,000-square-foot expansion. One of its group companies, Titan Machinery Sales of Lake Zurich, Illinois, will be moving into part of the new space due to its growth.

Starting in June, All World’s general contractor, CORD Construction, began expanding the company’s 6164 All World Way headquarters by 40,000 square feet. Scheduled for completion by January, this expansion will also integrate Arrow Workholding Solutions, formerly Arrow Engineering, a Rockford-based company acquired by All World in 2022. The integration aims to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

“Moving Titan into our expanding Roscoe facility marks a significant step in our growth strategy,” said All World Sr. Director of Operations Mitch Koepp. “This move will provide more room for machine rebuilds, allowing us to bring in larger, more complex machines, and enable us to offer even better service and quicker turnarounds for our customers.”

Acquired by All World in 2021, Titan Machinery Sales specializes in selling new Okamoto grinders, and retrofitting, rebuilding, and servicing them across multiple U.S. locations. Titan proudly serves areas including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, and Illinois with new Okamoto grinders and offers rebuild and retrofit services nationwide.

The relocation grants Titan Machinery Sales a substantial 30,000 square feet to service more machines and rebuild larger equipment. Additionally, it includes access to a newly added clean room, paint booth, and renovated showroom. Scheduled to open in mid-December, this showroom will feature live demonstrations and testing opportunities for a diverse range of All World machine accessory products and Okamoto surface grinders offered by Titan. As an additional benefit, Titan will move closer to All World’s engineering team and $15 million of parts inventory, allowing for quicker turnarounds for service and more complex solutions for customers.

“The new facilities will greatly enhance Titan’s capabilities, allowing us to deliver faster and more efficient service to our customers,” said All World Director of Service Mike Russell. “With the added space and state-of-the-
art resources, we are poised to meet the increasing demands of our customers and continue delivering exceptional service.”

Since relocating its global headquarters from Harvard, Illinois, to Roscoe in 2015, All World has experienced an average annual growth rate of 20%. The latest expansion will increase the total square footage of the Roscoe facility to 130,000 square feet.
