Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a developer, manufacturer, and supplier of precision seals, bearings, and custom-molded polymer components, promotes Heather Castleman to vice president of Marketing Americas.
Castleman, who has been a leader at Trelleborg for two decades, will guide the industrial organization in innovation developments, establish and execute strategic goals, and evolve the organization’s business model and processes to enhance the already exceptional customer experiences it creates.
“Heather is passionate about Trelleborg and the opportunities for growth in the Americas Industrial business. She has led numerous teams to build capabilities that we rely upon today. Recently, Heather assumed responsibility for strategy development, took on mergers and acquisitions, and is leading the integration of the recently acquired Minnesota Rubber & Plastics,” said Linda Muroski, business unit president, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions.
Castleman was previously senior director, Strategy & Marketing, for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. She has been with the organization in various roles since 2004. Castleman has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
